google street view in Taipei

Google has added Street View in Taipei! It still seems kind of limited; hopefully the add more streets later, but I've been waiting for this for a long time. I knew it was coming because the google cam has been spotted around Taipei and Google地圖 has been busy with their "在台北最愛的地方" series with various Taiwanese 藝人.

I just wish they would update the satellite images!  The one they have now is about 4 years old...the building I live in is a parking lot in the current image.

Well google doesn't have its own satellite :-)

It probably buys the images commercially, and I guess they are not cheap.
