Concentration Game

September 19, 2009, 09:29 AM posted in General DiscussionCould someone please explain to me how the "concentration game" works. I think I am missing something here because I click onto one of the stars and a character, pinyin or english turns up and I am suppose to match it with the correct corresponding character or english. Problem is all I see are stars so how do I choose another one to match the first one ???????????

Sorry to respond so late and thank you for your reply post. I will try to explain my problem. First of all yes bababardwan, I do have vocabulary saved from my lessons so. And to answer skyfx I will try to explain again.
When I click on the Vocabulary tab, I see a tab for the "Matching Game". When I click onto that tab I get the "Concentration Game". What I see is a large square with 20 little squares. All of the squares have "stars" on the front with either Hanzi characters, English, or pinyin on the back of the squares.
I click onto one square and it will show a English word, or the pinyin or Hanzi character of that word.
So for example let say I click onto the square and the English word Apple appears. I am suppose to find the pinyin or Hanzi character to match the English word.
The problem is that I don't know where to "click" to find the matching Hanzi or pinyin because they are all "hidden". The game doesn't make any sense ???
When I do click onto another square I am only blindly guessing......
Of course I cannot write the word and I cannot "say" the word to know if it is correct. Once again if I click onto the square and see the word 'Apple'. There is no place to write the chinese character for this word and of course no place where I can "say" the pinyin for the English word for apple. So how can I play this game ?
I don't know how to explain my problem any simpler...........
