Trouble with counseling tab

Is anyone else having trouble getting responses to their posts on the counseling tab?  I asked a few questions a week ago and never got a response.  I've contacted Chinese pod and am still having trouble.  I just wanted to know if anyone else has had similar challenges and how you solved it.
