lr2712, you should see some icons under the "play" bar in the "Me" screen.  Depending upon what service level you selected, some might be blanked out.

Tvan is right. Go to the "me" section of the website, and click on the grey cog on the top right hand side of the page. It's next to the yellow RSS icon, and labelled "feed settings". This will direct to the page where you can customise your feeds - simply tick the boxes of the lessons you want to download :)
