Is Nciku Down?

Does anybody know why the Nciku dictionary is no longer available?  I haven't been able to use it all weekend.  At first I figured that it would be fixed on Monday, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I'm not able to access the site in Taiwan.  I was on it about 24 hours ago though.

I can get to the login page, but then it takes me to a blank page.  I tried emptying my cache, as well as using other browsers...nada.  Strange.

Changye, maybe the Great Firewall is doing reverse blocking now...only people in China can access Chinese online dictionaries ;-)

tvan,

it may be working in the PRC but I cant open it either. There must be a problem in the US.

use http://www.nciku.cn/  - as Changye pointed out, this one is working.

Hi calkins

Hehe, Actually I'm very happy to hear that some guys outside the PRC have trouble accessing a website I can access here in the PRC. It's always the other way around.

All right, all right, thanks guys!  Only the ".cn" site works now here in California.  Must be some top secret Area 51 firewall to protect us Americans, because the standard site still doesn't work.
