lessons have uneven volumn

it is getting really annoying that some lessons have uneven volumn, sometimes loud sometimes barely audible. what's going on? throughout a lesson, some sections are loud and some not. and between lessons, some are loud and some with volumn so low that listening to them together is such a chore. can you please fit this? those sound engineers just need to listen back some of the lessons, especially those upper level ones.
