Chinese North-western cuisines

as is well known the chinese cuisines are splited into 8 parts,but north-western cuisine is excluded,i don't know the reason,but here in china,the north-western cuisine is as well known as sichuan food,which is famous throughout the world. Take Lan Zhou Beef Noodles  for example,which is originated from my home town--Lan Zhou,is one of the most famous delicacy here in china.

 

here i suggest all of you to grab a bite of the chinese delicacies,don't miss a chance when you pass by a Lan Zhou beef noodles restaurant.
