Contact with chinese pod

Hello,

Can anyone indicate how I can contact someone at Chinesepod. I  have been sending messages but no one seems to be receiving my requests for lessons as per the agreement (I have a guided subscription). No one seems to take notice of me. I have tried by email and internal posting. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Sorry for the bother.

When you say 'requests for lessons' do you mean the weekly help/lesson you are meant to get with a counselor, or are you requesting that CPod produce a certain lesson at a certain level?

HI Zarauztarra. I'm afraid, the office is closed during the week-end and especially during last week, since the whole country is celebrating. I bet, early monday they will come back to you.
