The Three Happinesses

Back in the late 70s I went to Chinatown with my family and we ate at the Three Happinesses.  I remember it being a large building...it looked to be two stories tall, with a large parking lot. 

Last night my husband and I went to a Bulls game and ended up driving through Chinatown on our way home.  I saw a little dive shop restaurant near the fire station called the Three Happinesses.  Can this be???

Update...apparently what I saw was some sort of extension of the Three Happinesses that serves as a take out shop.
