Nested comments not appearing?

Anyone else finding a problem posting replies to comments? If you post a main comment in a conversation it's fine, but posting a reply to a comment in a conversation, and it disappears? The conversation shows as updated (by a blank space instead of a username), but no comment appears? Is it just me?

Well, I just had the same problem in another thread. The strange thing is, the comment still showed up on my profile, despite not showing on the thread. And the thread still went to the top of the Community Page. It seems as though this problem is arising randomly.
