..yeah,my own initiative,but I'm definitely open to suggestions.I think your idea is a good one actually.What I propose then is that this thread remain the one for nomination of the lesson of the week [and not for discussion] and once someone has been the first in at the appropriate time to determine the lesson for the week by posting here,they could start a new thread for the lesson in this group [but not in this nomination thread].

I don't know if you are still open to suggestions or not but I think it would be nice to do the commenting in new threads. Sometimes with the older lessons with lots of comments it can feel like a big chore trudging through them all see if your question has already been anwered. On top of that, new threads might bring fresh alternate answers and examples to similar questions.
