I don't recommend mass emails. Choose say three that look interesting in the city you want to live in; they will normally have the application process and forms etc. on their web sites. You can usually email your application and details in the first instance. They will give you a list of what they need. Call if you have questions - there is likely to be someone who speaks English if they are recruiting English teachers.
