Thanks for your concern.

I have some suggestions:

1. First listen to the full lesson.

2. Listen to the vocab and the audio review.

3. Listen to the dialogue and see if you can understand the sentence completely, then read the definition of the words you don't understand. Listen the dialogue again and if there still questions, Listen to the show with the questions, because you have already grasped most of the dialogue part, you may find the Chinese in the show less difficult to understand, and may input more natural language through the Chinese explanation.

Question - Is there a lesson or show regarding jenny's use of Chinese in the intermediate lessons. having a difficult time picking up the language during the lesson show. Going from Elementary to Intermediate is a bit challenging.

Hi Norman,

Sorry for not being able to reply you timely. Your oral language is better than most of my elementary students, but compare to intermediate or upper level students, I think you need try to build up more complected struture and sentences. Sometimes when you were speaking a long sentence, you spoke in English uncounsciously. Acturally, I believe that you have the ability to build up the sentence in Chinese with the language you have already learnt, what you need is to take some time to think about it and then try to put the words together. So I have a suggestion, how about I give you some homework to make some sentences or to reordering some words to a whole sentences? If you agree with me, we may have a try in the future.
