Does 单重 means individual, total or batch weight?

It was on a label on a bag of a 100 metal clips, there was no weight value filled in.

单 (dān) means single, as in, perhaps one piece's weight

重 (zhòng) here is referring to 重量 (zhòngliàng) weight

So, without having any context, I would guess it refers to weight per item or piece.
