iphone app

Hi All

Im having trouble logging in to my iphone chinese pod app on my iphone, i try to log in and it goes into the chinese pod website to varify but it says my account has expired and need to upgrade, I have the praxis package so I should be able to log in. any ideas?

Ive tried clearing cookies etc and deleting app then reinstalling but nothing seems to work. Ive contacted chinesepod but they didnt have any answers.
