June 21, 2010, 01:50 PMNicole, welcome!
As xiao_liang mentioned, it's worthwhile adding your ideas to the suggestion thread. The academic team do consider all ideas!!
Along similar lines, it could be useful to have lessons on calling to have water delivered and also booking taxis over the phone. We often do that in my flat, but I'm never 100% sure I'm using the correct phrases and vocab.
Anyway, in the meantime, you might be interested in checking out the lists of lessons with the tag "health" and also "appearance" for existing lessons on doctors and hairdressing.

July 31, 2010, 05:14 AMhi,
i have an iphone and would like to download lessons, im happy to pay for the lessons, i was very impressed by the format.
One problem, there seems to be no way to actually do this, I have tried the "contact us" but it just gets redirected to some technical page....
does anyone have an email address of phone number from these guys?
i used chinesepod a few years ago but they changed some technical things for the pc and i was totaly lost....
if there is anyone out there that can give me a hint, that would be so cool!!
Cheers,
Chris

Two comments above yours is one by 'suxiaoya'. As you can see under her photo, she is a member of the CPod 'team'. Clicking on her name takes you to her profile. In the profile, under her photo, click on 'Send a message'. Then type away. Her response will be sent to the email address you registered with. Bear in mind, CPod staff tend not to work on weekends.

Hi Chhayes, this is Peter. I'm the customer support representative here at ChinesePod. We are sorry about the "Contact Us" page being down. We use a third party ticketing system for customer support and their server crashed over the weekend. They are working to resolve this issue and we are hoping the page will be back up today or tomorrow. To answer your question regarding the iPhone, there are two ways to download the lessons onto your iPhone. You can download our lessons via your personal RSS feed. Click on the orange RSS feed icon on the upper right corner of the left hand panel on the homepage. Copy and paste the URL into iTunes>Advanced>Subscribe to Podcast. The second option is to download our ChinesePod app via the iTunes App store. Just search ChinesePod in iTunes the download the latest version of the app.

June 21, 2010, 01:09 PMHi Nicole! Nice to see you here :-)
I've had a quick look, and I can't find anything like that already. They have a Lesson Suggestion thread though that this is perfect for. You can find it here:

Not every suggestion gets made into a lesson, but they've mentioned before that everything in that thread goes onto a database that they draw all their lesson suggestions from.
