So you should say"qǐng gàosù wǒ qūhào, zhèyàng wǒ jiù búyòng měicǐ dǎdaìnhuà dōu gàosù nǐ wǒde dìzhǐ."

No lǎoshī, I wish that she gives me a code so that i won't give her details like my address...deng deng....because that code will have all the info she needs when i call...  ;)

Did you mean"Please give me a code so that there is no need of asking you your address everytime i call."

If so, the translation should be "qǐng gěi wǒ nǐde qūhào, zhèyàng jiù búyòng měicì dǎ diànhuà dōu wèn nǐde dìzhǐ."

Because I'm not sure about your original meaning, maybe my translation is wrong.
