Pleco flashcards

I just bought the Pleco flashcard module and am amazed at the lack of documentation on ChinesePod and Pleco which might show me how to set it all up.  How in the world do you get the download file that ChinesePod produces onto the iPhone???  

Please help!

Please go tohttp://chinesepod.com/tools/vocab

Find the little box on the right that says "tools", click on "export vocabulary", which takes you here. Choose export to Pleco.

Thank you, Jenny.  Pleco also wrote me the following about the import phase for iPhone:

To get that file onto your iPhone, connect your iPhone to your computer, open up iTunes, select your iPhone from the menu on the left side of the screen, click on the "Apps" tab at the top of the screen, select Pleco in the bottom "File Sharing" section, and drag files into the file list to copy them over.

Once you've done that, to bring the flashcards into Pleco open up the Pleco "Flashcards" tab, tap "Import Cards" and "Import Cards" again, tap on "Choose File" and select that file you just copied, then tap "Begin Import."
