Only Hanzi on my Ipod

I have noticed that almost half of my podcasts on my Ipod come up with only Hanzi. I like to study while on the subway but only about half have the Pinyin and English text on them. Why is that? Did I download the wrong version?

Are you referring to the "lyrics" view? Can you provide us with some example lessons to take a look at?

the Podcasts in question are Decribing Travels, Delivery Problems, City Stats, City Series: Bali, Chinese New Year Plans, Chinese Idol, Bruce Lee, Calling a Supplier, Buying a drink, Business Style, Booking a Plane Ticket, birth by Chinese Zodiac, Bank Transaction, Bangkok, Automated Phone, Arriving in China on Business, Antiperspirant, Amusement Park, Airplane Arrival, A Disappointment, A Fated Meeting, A flat Bicycle Tire,

Hope that is enough to give you an idea of the scope of the problem.

We regenerated the files. They all work now. It seems that the radio quality mp3's of some lessons have this issue. The CD quality is fine. Thank you for helping us identify the problem.

Thanks for checking on this.

I have noticed that many the files now have the lyrics but I have problem with many of the files like "Winter Fun" and "Going to the Gym" to name a few of the dozens I have tried to reload to my Itunes

Also the larger CD Quality seems to have the tones in the same manner as the PDF files but the Radio Quality seem to have the old numbering system.

Hi Henry,

Many lessons do seem problematic. We will need to republish those. Since most of the team is gone for CNY holiday. Could I trouble you to use the CD quality for the time being. When we get back, we could start republishing the old lessons.
