HI - My Chinese teacher gave me this sentence: Wo3 ke3yi3 ba3 ni3 jie4shai4 gei3 ta1men. He asked me to investigate how to use the ba3. I recognized the gei3 from the wonderful Qing Wen on prepositions but have done some searches for ba3 here and found only an explanation of ba3 as a measure word.  Is there a Qing Wen or even a lesson with a grammar tab that could give me a clue as to the use of ba3 here? I would need a lesson at the elementary level (or lower!). Thanks.

We've done two Qingwen lessons about 把. Please take a look.

Thanks Connie. I think it will take me awhile to get the feeling for using ba. Sort of a transformation, if you will.
