Review strategy?

I am loving the content here, but I am finding the review mp3s are not enough for me.

Hoping someone can share a review plan that is based on CPod content.

Is there any way to get full sentence audio to export together with the Anki deck?  Ideally could continue to hear the excellent sentence audio, too bad there is no organized method on the site to review this

I believe it's possible to use a tool like Freecorder to create mp3s of any sound that comes out of your computer speakers, is that the kind of thing you mean? It might be laborious to create the ones you want, but it should be possible.

I was more hoping for an automatic method to create Anki decks to review sentences... You know, how now there's an export function for vocabulary lists. I am looking for same but for sentences, English, Pinyin, Hanzi and audio mp3. Ideally would have a picture, too, but most sentences here don't :(

Thanks for the suggestion, but it sounds like it would take a significant portion of time just to setup the lesson in this way , no?

I guess so, perhaps you could study as you go! Sorry I'm not very tech minded so can't think of anything better off the top of my head. Back in the day one of the users here developed a neat little app (I think it was Python based) which would do pretty much what you describe, download all the audio for every sentence and allow you to manipulate them pretty much as you liked, but I think its been out of commission for a long time now. Pity.

I guess I am wanting to organize sentence review and test together.  I am finding listening to review mp3s a bit wasteful, and detrimental to motivation.  Sentence material is very good, just looking for a fresher way to access it.
