Study with friend

Hi,

I have met with Chinesepod long time ago, at that time I took some private classes ok SKYPE as well, which was awesome. Now I have again purchased a premium subscription.

My question is: Since I am able to download the lessons, is that all right if I share my lessons with my friend or study together with him?

I also think there is no problem since you don't use it for commercial purpose.
