Electronic chinese dictionary

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good electronic chinese <--> english dictionary that has handwriting recognition and good use of pinyin?  I am traveling to china soon and I find it so difficult to look characters up in a regular chinese dictionary using the radical and stroke number system.  It would be nice to be able to write a character into a device and have everything magically appear.

My friend recommends a Samsung dictionary. Almost all Samsung electronic dictionaries has Korean-English,Korean-Chinese,Korean-Japanese, Jap.-Korean, Jap-English, Chinese-English, Chinese-korean,and a Webster English dictionary. It also has a hanzi search, a translator, an MP3 player, and a photo viewer.方不方便嗎?BTW, it also uses pinyin or Zhuyin.

Pleco the topic has been discussed quite a few times already, if only these conversations could be searched. Try through Google...
