Hong Kong Food Recommendations?

My first tiip to Hong Kong is in a couple of weeks.  I need the Hungry Traveler to visit Hong Kong.   What specialities should I seek out in Hong Kong?  Great places to eat?  I will have a little time after the congress I am attending. Suggestions on things to do?   XieXie!

I'm going to hong kong soon too. Does anyone know if the food additive MSG is used a lot in Hong Kong food? One of the people i'm going with is quite allergic to it.
