Hello everyone. Here is a website that provides the best (in my opinion) Cantonese IME... it gives you a choice of romanization systems as well...

I also recommend you download the Microsoft Hong Kong supplementary character set here http://www.microsoft.com/hk/HKSCS/ You need to install this as Cantonese uses many 汉字 that are not found in standard 普通话, for example:
