About my subscription plan

Dear All,

I would like to know the reason why on my account the subscription type (Guided) choosed by me isn't appearing? I've paid with my visa for 1 month of susbscription guided, but on "my account" it 's not indicating and it's also mentioned that the subscription will expire on the 2nd of october while i've subscribed on the 26th sept. '08.

Hi Raffi,

They seem to be having some trouble with the payment system. You could write to chinesepod@praxislanguage.com and ask them to sort it out. You might even get a few extra days as freebies.I've got them twice when i tried renewing my subscription and i faced a similar problem
