what happened to community voting on new features?

I remember there was a link we could follow that gave us ten votes each and a list of features that had been proposed by users.  Anyway, I thought of a feature request and wanted to submit it there, but I couldn't find it.  I'm probably not looking in the right place, but...

Anyway, I'm tired of looking.  So, I'll just write up my request/suggestion here.

I am really terrible at the listen and type excercises, and I think it would be helpful to get more detailed feedback on what is wrong than just the checkmarks on the whole answer.  Showing what is the correct answer when requested would help. Highlighting the part of the answer that is wrong would help even more.

There should definitely be a very prominent button linking to the Uservoice site.

There used to be a rather inconspicuous one on the ME page, but that's no longer there.

I think it should be on every page, and be as prominent as the new "Write a New Post" button at the top of the conversations page.

How else will new users know where to go to make a suggestion?

Calkins, There you go again, making sense.
