Saving Individual Words and Phrases

Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere, but I've tried to find the answer and have been unsuccessful.

Is there a way to save the audio files of individual words and phrases onto my computer? I'd like to upload the audio clips to anki flashcards for review but can't figure out how to do so.
