I know that you don't normally use ‘了’ in describing things that you do every day. But what about if you want to emphasise the completion of a given action?

For example if you want to say 'Every day, when I have shaved and brushed my teeth, I do a couple of Yoga postures.'? If you say: 每天,刮脸,刷呀的时候,我联系几个瑜伽中的作动‘。Doesn't that make it sound like you shave while doing the downward dog?

In that situation could you say, ‘每天,刮了脸,刷了呀,我。。。等等。’ That way you emphasises that the two actions (shaving and brushing your teeth) are completed before the third starts?
