January 27, 2015 at 1:04 AMunfortunately this is not the case. Taiwan has had frequent food safety scandals for decades. Right now there's an issue with bird flu, last month a discovery of tainted cooking oil was all over the news.

October 28, 2011 at 10:14 PMAgreed. I've listened to almost all of the 200+ Qing Wens because the content is great, but the annoying background music makes me want to stab pencils into my eardrum. It is like they picked the most annoying snippet of Irish-jig (?) type music they could find, then turned up the volume and looped it over and over and over and over and over.... Argh!!!!

March 19, 2015 at 11:54 PMI think it's just a regional difference. Here in Taiwan I almost only hear people say "tong" while I believe "teng" is more common in China.
