Yes! Very motivating somehow. Makes you feel it's all possible hearing G sometimes have a go, which is a psychological barrier I have so this helps. Also loved the exagerated? chomping background noise which was definitely one way to convey certain sense of offhand authenticity/ frustration? I can totally relate to when I tried changing tickets.  (Gave up in end and got company to do it.) Have to say the chomping was with just enough 强调 to actually be really funny. (Have to confessed I even listened again just for the crumpling n crunching:-/ that bit with key thumping combined with crunching is especially nice)

not sure talking heads video itself adds much, except possibly stress for presenters. But slides popping up during dialogue sounds good for more advanced ones.
