It was a little difficult to understand the doctor in the dialogue. He wasn't articulating clear enough. Overall, really good dialogue and great vocab!

I always thought that 宁愿 was always used in a combination like宁愿----也不 . Can it also be used as a combination of 宁愿---又?

"亚“这个字有时候会念成ya3,有时候会念成ya4. 第三声是不是比较口语的？
