April 22, 2019 at 12:54 PMNO， I dont think so, if I say 我可以说中文。that is the same meaning with 我会说中文，我能说中文。 if I say 我可以说中文吗？that means "I'm allowed to speak Chinese" or "It's possible for me to speak Chinese",are you agree?
