In this lesson, they use sháozi for spoon, but in other places, I usually hear tāng chí. Is there any difference?

I noticed in the last sentence the speaker uses 一些 (yixie) to say "some." Can you please explain the any differences and similarities between the use of 一些 and 有的 (youde).
