I'm going to be in Taiwan doing some engineering work related to the Kaohsiung pipeline explosion from last August. Can you do a lesson on that topic, specifically about pipeline safety, maintenance, risks...etc? Maybe two people discussing what a pipeline owner should be doing to make sure its pipelines are safe?
