June 9, 2019 at 2:09 AM“他几岁” is more of a polite form. In many occasion, “他多大了” is used instead.

Posted on: Do You Want to Go Together?
June 5, 2019 at 2:19 PMIn the dialogue, around 1.38, John said, "yi qi" forth tone and second tone, but the pinyin for "一" in "一起" is "yi 1".
In the dialogue, the male made it weirdo, because he sounds like pretty angry, but tue content isnt angry at all. So it makes the dialogue a bit weird.
Posted on: Where Is The 在 At?
June 1, 2019 at 3:06 AMIn 2:05, the host said, if “在” is before the vern, it usually means the place where the action takes place. But a very common expression is “你在做什么?” “我在吃饭”. Here “在” kinds of implying that the process is undertaking right now.
in 6:24, how come “睡到地上” and ”睡在地上” are the same? The first one implies a immediate action, while the latter can indicate the status. For instance, “你别再挪过去了,再挪你都要睡到地上了”. And “你昨天睡在地上啊?”. It would be odd if you say, “你昨天睡到地上啊?”, wouldn’t it?

May 30, 2019 at 1:47 PMIn 0:53, in the dialogue, they used “制面包机”, actually “面包机” is enough.
For camera, “相机” is more often used than “照相机”. Of course, the latter is also correct.
Posted on: Which Tone?
