"不干不净, 吃了没病" We have a very similar saying in German which goes like this: "Dreck macht Speck＂. Can be translated as "dirt will turn into fat" Or "dirt will make you fat". This probably dates back to the time when you were lucky to get some fat to eat.

Enjoyed this show very much. Actually, I was about to suggest you put up a show on modern Chinese pop culture, maybe also contemporary modern art. I would also be keen to learn the respective language like singer, pop, rock, band et cetera maybe in an intermediate level lesson.
