April 29, 2019 at 11:05 AMYes you can use 了 when you want to describe an action which will be completed in the future as well. You can say "明天我做好了，就可以出去玩。" (When i finish this tomorrow, i can go out and play.)

抱歉 means ''excuse me" or "pardon me", and 对不起 is more like "I'm sorry".
马上 means "immediately" or "quickly", here it means "no problem, right away."
