The character 腋 is pronounced as yè in mainland China, but in other Chinese speaking areas, sometimes it's pronounced as yì.

You can say 我感到很安心(wǒ gǎndào hěn ānxīn).
The word 安心 means "to feel relieved or be at ease". You can think of 安心 as "a safe heart". Hope this helps.
