位 is an honorific title (more polite and formal) so would sound strange when talking about children. If you're talking about colleagues or people of a higher position, 位 would be more appropriate. In day to day life, you can use it when entering a restaurant to announce how many "persons" will be dining with you.  

Server：几位？jǐwèi  How many people

 

Customer：两位 liǎngwèi  Two

option 1: save your word file to dropbox/google drive or upload it to this website and paste the link: https://wetransfer.com/

option 2: Press "Print Screen" keyboard button > Open up paint > Click "Paste" > Save the file as a JPEG > Click on the "Upload" icon in our comment box. 

With a screenshot we might be able to get to the source of the problem.  Does it only happen with Chrome, or other web browsers also (Firefox/IE/Edge...)

Shotgun mics mounted on a frame would be the best option I think. Maybe we could try renting some to test. For now, the two AT2020's plugged directly into the Zoom H6 seems to be a good set-up. For the podcasts we use the same set-up as seen in this video, in a room towards the back.
