If there are any triathletes or cyclists here, who live in Shanghai, please advise me whether I should take my bike to Shanghai, where I will stay for 4 months. I was told that it is very dangerous to ride a bike on Snanghai streets.

Is there any place for cyclists to train in Shanghai: any park or cycle track?

I was so surprised to find this kind of lesson here ) I've just made two half IronMans last year and I'm going to make a full one this July next to San Francisco - VineMan. So sorry, that my Chinese is not so good yet to understand the lesson.

I will be an exchange student in Shanghai at CEIBS this fall, I hope there will a meeting at that time. I will definitely come! )
