August 18, 2017 at 1:38 AMIt's "si". This is one of those hypercorrections with the retroflex consonants. Like people in English use "whom" but sometimes where they should have used "who"; or when English speakers use "I" because it sounds more educated when "me" is actually correct. Or when Spanish speakers from Latin America imitate the way they speak in Madrid, and pronounce "s" like "th" when it's actually only "ce, ci, z" that sound like "th".
