Posted on: The Benefits of Reading ft Mandarin Companion
January 25, 2018 at 3:31 PMIs this thread still live? If so I'd like to say that I've read five or six of the mandarin companion books and they are excellent. I really enjoyed reading them and felt good about being able to read something in Chinese. Only problem is I need more and there are only two level 2 titles available and I've read both of them. I've read a few of the level 1 books but they are not really stretching me. Other problem is I'm looking for a reader which has traditional characters as I'm in Taiwan. Any suggestions would be appreciated? And something I can download on Kindle would be convenient, too.

In the Exercise section the example sentences (part 3) seem to be missing.
Thanks.

September 26, 2017 at 10:18 AM很有趣的題目,而且很多利用的生詞.最近我在台東(台灣)發現他們有一些Obike. I noticed that one bike had had its handlerbars disabled by someone who carries round some pretty hefty bicycle tools. I guess this was done so that the person could come back and find 'his/her' bike still waiting for them. 並不公得心的人!! Seems like they have more serious problems with their bike sharing scheme in Manchester (UK).

March 29, 2018 at 1:14 AMThanks for your feedback Fiona. For some reason I've only just seen your comment on returning to review this interesting lesson. Your feedback was indeed useful as I've been waiting to use this phrase on the next person I see chucking their litter on the ground. I realize that you're no longer at CPod (great shame) but I'll post this into the great internet ether all the same.
