you should do a lesson on "猜码"... THE drinking game in the south, that does not require dice, if you go south and hear people in a restaurant, bar or 烧夜 yelling and pointing furiously at each other they don't want to fight, they are simply having fun playing 猜码。I really want to learn it in cantonese, but a bunch of people have already failed to teach me, eihter due to their incompetence (weren't able to write down the cantonese pinyin) or the situation, (restaurant, bar = alcohol).
