I would have thought that this means something like: "The neighbourhood has everything from prestigious primary schools to prestigious high schools." If it was "both . . . and . . ." I would have expected "he2".
Are there other examples of that "cong2 . . . dao4" structure that translate into "both" in English?

January 6, 2016 at 5:52 PMFantastic! It's so helpful to have both the hanzi and the pinyin visible as the dialogue occurs. I'm sure a lot more work goes into the videos, but they're not going unappreciated!

October 16, 2015 at 12:16 PMJust want to say that you guys are doing a really remarkable job with these lessons. The videos and real-time subtitles are incredibly helpful, as are the various memory tips such as nodding your head for question word, the mouth radical, etc.
In fifty years people are still going to be watching these as the best way to learn.
