May 3, 2017 at 12:56 PMI am finding Routledge's "500 Common Chinese Idioms, An annotated Frequency Dictionary" a very good resource. They have attempted to determine which Idioms are most frequently used, their methodology for this is clearly stated at the start of the book....and didn't seem to involve coffee or beer!
