Very helpful lesson with 要 + ___+ 了structure. To communicate the opposite meaning, "just occurred"; is the best way to do this by simply using the word 刚刚?

Also, is it correct to say, "在这儿有附近超市? to ask, "Is there a supermarket nearby?"

Than you for the lesson. I am hoping you could clarify one point in today's dialogue.

I had learned that the verbs"to play basketball" and "to play soccer" should be communicated as "打篮球" and "踢足球". Why then, do we write "篮球打得真好" and "足球踢得更好"? Does the word order simply change when the emphasis of the sentence changes to describing the quality of the action with an adverb rather than simply defining it?

Very nice lesson for an elementary learner. The vocabulary was familiar enough so that I could focus on the grammar points.

Am wondering if someone could review the different ways to imply "always" as there appear to be several. It would be helpful to know if it is simply speaker preference or if there are some general "rules".
