This is most likely an issue with Skritter's API, not ChinesePod's publication schedule, actually. 

I've never had an issue loading Skritter lists for even the newest lessons, though. Perhaps ask their support about it? There are still some bugs in their 2.0—this might be one of them.

The tool-tip translation for kào reads "to depend on". I have two questions to this point:

  1. I deduce from the lesson and the expansion sentences that kào can be used prepositionally, in the sense of "by", "near", or "in the vicinity of". Is this accurate in general? I.e., could one say, 我最喜欢的餐厅靠我奴朋友的家， or is there some broader structure that I'm missing? 
  2. Could you point me to examples of 靠 used in the context of "to depend on"? That's a word quite blatantly absent from my current vocabulary...
