In the dialogue transcript the question "where are you from?" is written as 你从那里来 - should this be 你从哪里来？

你好 Jenny and Grace,

Thanks for the Elementary lesson. I have a question. Here you are using 电话 rather than 手机。Can they be used interchangeably? I guess I thought maybe that 手机 would normally be used to refer to cellphones and smart phones, such as those discussed in the dialogue, and 电话 might be a more general term for a telephone. What do you think?
