It seems to the translation work has been done rather carelessly. Just to mention a few examples: ,a candidate has been picked' should be 'candidates' (plural)

or

  1.  ,didn't the interviewer give you a good impression? ' should be ,his impression of you was good'


    or 

    1. ,we people older than 35' should be:

      When we are older than 35 ,( in the future...)
